Andrea's Las Vegas Weddings' Legal Policies
Andrea's Las Vegas Weddings States:
We will prosecute those who
fraudulently use credit cards.
The cardholder of the credit card used in making telephone or internet
reservations must be present at the time of the ceremony with the card
used and proper identification or another card or cash payment must be
utilized.
• Andrea's Las Vegas Weddings is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality Service!
• We accept NO responsibility for the actions of any related Affiliate!
• We accept no responsibility for equipment failure, inclement weather, Etc.!
•Deposits are neither transferable nor refundable; if you cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the date of your
ceremony, you will lose your deposit, if you cancel your reservation
less than 7 days prior to the date of your ceremony, you may be charged
the full package price. Reservations made for weddings
occurring in the same month may be charged for the full package price
instead of the standard deposit.
• Reservation times are approximate times and are subject to change without notice! (delays may occur)
• Limousine Service depends on Location of Pick-Up. If you are late for
your limousine pickup you may be charged an hourly rate for the vehicle.
•If you and/or your party are late for the wedding, you may be charged a late fee.
• Ministers work for donations, Limousine Drivers for Tips! (Unless otherwise specified in a particular package)
• All packages are plus tax and handling! (Unless otherwise specified in a particular package)
• All Prices and Packages are subject to change without notice!
• A $15 non-refundable Service Charge will be added to all Reservations.
• Live Internet Web Cam Feed is for entertainment purposes only! (It is not guaranteed to be functioning for all Ceremonies)
• By action of reserving a Wedding, or related service with Andrea's Las Vegas Weddings, you agree to be bound by our terms, conditions and all
Policies.
